2009 Jacksonville Pop Warner Football Reverse Drawing

1. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. Reverse drawing will take place July 17, 2009 at the Jacksonville Country Club. Doors open at 6:00PM. Food will be served.

2. Prizes will be given away throughout the evening.

3. Two people may attend per each $100 ticket purchased.

4. Ticket holder must sign in at the door.

5. Any ticket holder, including Pop Warner Staff, is eligible to win.

6. Side tickets for $500 will be sold for $10 each on the night of the drawing.

7. Side tickets for $250 will be sold for $5 each on the night of the drawing.

8. Only 300--$100 tickets will be sold.

9. All unsold $100 tickets will be canceled and removed from drawing.

10. Ticket #225 will be withheld and chances will be sold for this ticket at $25 each that evening to people who are present. These chances will be sold throughout the evening until there are only 10 tickets remaining to be drawn. At that time, there will be a drawing of ONE ticket to see who will claim ticket #225. Ticket #225 will then placed in the barrel and the drawing will immediately continue.

11. First ticket drawn will be placed back in the barrel when there are 15 tickets remaining to be drawn.

12. 50/50 tickets will be sold throughout the evening until 5 tickets are left to be drawn. At that time there will be a drawing of ONE of the 50/50 tickets. The person with the corresponding number will receive 50% of the money collected from the sale of the 50/50 tickets.

13. Doors open at 6:00PM at the Jacksonville Country Club on July 17, 2009. Food will be served. Drawing starts at 6:30PM. Drawing will stop with 15 tickets remaining to replace the first ticket drawn in the evening. Drawing will again stop with 10 tickets remaining and ticket #225 will be placed in the barrel. By mutual agreement, a split may occur at any time within drawing the last 10 tickets. When ticket #225 goes in the barrel, 11 tickets will remain. If you are not present and are in the final 10, ONE attempt will be made to reach YOU by phone. If you are unable to be reached, we will go with the decision marked on your ticket.

14. Final ticket drawn will receive $10,000 cash!

15. All decisions made by Reverse Drawing Chairman, Jerry Allen, are final.
